What are the benefits of a GoldenHome membership?

First, set up a short phone consultation meeting with one of our Membership Consultants. From there, we’ll schedule an in-person Home Review to get to know you and your home personally before curating a customized Membership Proposal for you. Once you’re happy with the Membership Proposal, we’ll sign you up as an official GoldenHome member, put recurring maintenance services on autopilot and address any on-demand projects on your list.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, you can cancel your membership agreement anytime. We prefer to retain our Members with great service, not contracts.

How much does GoldenHome cost?

Services are all priced separately: recurring maintenance services are customized and priced upfront, with on-demand projects estimated as they are requested.

How does your service pricing compare to others?

A membership is fundamentally better than paying time and material for home maintenance because it shifts the focus from fixing things after they break to proactive prevention, predictability, and peace of mind.  Time and Material is essentially a "pay-as-you-go" approach that bills you for the hours worked and the parts used, a maintenance membership provides a strategic, long-term solution.

How do I know if my home and I are a good fit for GoldenHome?

What types of services does GoldenHome offer?

Our maintenance plans cover any recurring services such as filter cleaning, gutter cleaning, water softener cleaning and refilling, annual inspections, dryer vent clean out, HVAC servicing and much more. 

Does GoldenHome work with its parent company Golden Rule for renovations, additions or other major home projects?

Is GoldenHome similar to a home warranty company?

Home warranties are reactionary and more similar to insurance plans for your larger systems and appliances. GoldenHome is a proactive service company focused on maintenance, repairs, and improvements for your home.

We currently service Topeka and surrounding areas.

What is the role of a GoldenHome service tech?

Your Home Manager will get to know you and your home in great detail and will be responsible for scheduling, completion and billing of all services for your home. They’re the only person you’ll need to contact to manage your home services and projects.

How can I contact my Home Manager?

When you become a Club Member, you’ll receive all the contact information you need for your assigned Home Manager.
